 It is with great pleasure that the Canadian Teachers’ Federation (CTF/FCE) invites you to participate in a town hall event on World Teachers’ Day, Thursday, October 5, 2023. Together, we will celebrate teachers and address a critical issue facing the entire education community in Canada: the teacher recruitment and retention crisis.
Please join us on October 5 for this CTF/FCE event – The Empty Classroom: Challenges and Solutions to the Teacher Recruitment and Retention Crisis.
From 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. (ET)
Online via Zoom.The town hall will also be livestreamed.
(The Zoom link will be shared with registered participants two days prior to the event).
We hope to have as many others as possible join online from across the country.
This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate teachers, answer their questions, and share national approaches to tackling the teacher shortage.
